Formerly known as ‘Western Bay’, the Regional Partnership Board was established in 2012 with the purpose of integrating services more effectively.

We focus on four areas of ‘transformation’, with associated programmes and projects being delivered in the context of the Social Services and Wellbeing (Wales) Act 2014.
Our remit comprises the following Population Group Programmes:
- Carers Partnership
- Communities and Older People
